In 1931, José L. Ferrer Ramonell founded in Binissalem the winery that still bears his name today. Since then, and through to the fourth generation, the winery has undergone expansions and improvements that allow us to offer wines of recognized quality.
The winery is surrounded by 140 hectares of vineyards, mainly featuring native varieties: the red Mantonegro and Callet, and the white Moll—grapes of exceptional character and quality that give the wines a distinctive personality and a refined Mediterranean aroma. The careful aging process takes place in more than two thousand oak barrels housed in underground cellars, and concludes in the underground bottle cellar.
